The Class of 1958 offers a challenge
The Class of 1958 recently established the Class of 1958 Legacy Fund which will provide funds to support Beatrice Public School students and teachers into the future. They are now challenging other classes to establish their own funds and leave their own legacies.
"The BHS Class of 1958 Legacy Fund is intended to provide annual funding in perpetuity for the needs of the Beatrice Public Schools as determined by the Beatrice Educational Foundation in consultation with the BPS leadership,” said 1958 BHS graduate Ted Muenster, "the motivation for the fund is appreciation for the education the BHS Class of 1958 received in our hometown wherever life has taken us. It is hoped this effort will encourage other classes to establish their own legacy funds at BEF."
